You are not too much,
and you are not broken
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, or unsure why things feel so difficult on the inside.
This can show up as anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, disconnection, or a sense of not quite being able to keep up with life.
Often there is a feeling of carrying too much, or of not fully recognising yourself in how you are living.
Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and begin to build a different relationship with yourself.
